Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Shopper's Ledger mobile application and related services operated by DRYSHED SP Z O O (the “Application”). DRYSHED SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. The Application does not require user registration, account creation, login, passwords, profiles, or cloud accounts.
Shopper's Ledger is designed as a personal shopping expense tracker for local expense awareness. Expense amounts, categories, dates, optional notes, monthly totals, recent expense entries, history entries, category filters, and settings are intended to remain on the user’s own device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from the user’s mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties. The Service Provider does not sell personal data.
Data Retention
Shopper's Ledger does not collect or retain personal information on Service Provider servers during normal use. Because no personal information is collected, there is no server-side personal data retention period for normal app activity.
Any shopping records, expense amounts, categories, dates, optional notes, monthly total previews, recent expense lists, history records, filter preferences, and app settings that exist inside the Application are intended to remain locally on the user’s device. The user controls that local device data through their device settings, app controls, or by uninstalling the app.
If a user voluntarily contacts DRYSHED by email or through another direct communication channel, the Service Provider may keep that correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve the request, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Since Shopper's Ledger does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no personal account or server-side profile to delete. Uninstalling the Application removes the app from the user’s device according to the normal behavior of the device operating system.
Users may also clear local app data using the available app or device settings where supported. DRYSHED cannot remotely access or delete local records stored only on the user’s device.
If a user has voluntarily contacted the Service Provider and wants that direct communication deleted, they may send a deletion request to support@dryshed.ink. DRYSHED will process such requests where required by applicable law and subject to legitimate retention obligations.
Opt-out Rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from the device. No registration cancellation is required.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by normal app operation.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure from normal app use is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards for systems and any information voluntarily provided through direct contact.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting personal data from app activity is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any information voluntarily provided to DRYSHED, the Service Provider will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
Responsible Use Notice
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-07-21.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
